Christmas crafting with the kiddos


I am always in search of something useful the girls can make that looks nice.  Well, I found a couple of keepers.  We started both of these projects 30 minutes before our neighborhood Christmas party.  The girls made them for an ornament contest.  Here's what we did....

Ms. Priss stitched this half eaten gingerbread man....

 




 
And Lil' Bit modeled the s'mores snowman out of Model Magic.  (The blog, which I link to below suggested making it out of Sculpey but we like Model Magic in this household.)

By the way the snowman s'more won first place.  She got a $25 gift card to Barnes and Noble!  Woohoo...more books!!!

Those are so cute! We'll have to try that Model Magic...haven't tried it yet.
